In addition, his Site Chat privileges have been revoked.

The severity of this punishment is in light of his other recent ban, which was for discussing ongoing games, as well as his quoting of moderator PMs in Death's Diner, which resulted in a modkill.

Please note that once you are replaced or dead, cease posting. Mistakes can happen, but purposeful refusal to be replaced out is not acceptable.

After being lynched, he PMed the participants of the game with the Scum's QuickTopic (unlike our Private Topics, having a link allows users to see who posted in the thread). The game can be found here (registration required). We are all members of a larger mafia community. It hurts Mafiascum in particular, but also forum mafia in general if our users engage in this type of abhorrent behavior. As one user on that site said:

Note to self: never go to Mafiascum.

This is something we will not tolerate.

Moderators should replace reinoe in their games.

F-16_Fighting_Falcon and all associated alts have been indefinitely banned from the site.

After reviewing the circumstances of his prior bans, the administration has decided that F-16 should be removed from the site indefinitely. This is a very unusual action for us to take, and it is not something that we do lightly. The following were factors in this decision:

1. F-16_Fighting_Falcon sent a user 21 hostile PMs in a short period of time, none of which -- after investigation -- were prompted or responded to by the user. These PMs display an obsessive, stalker mentality in an attempt to create an atmosphere of fear for the user.
   
2. The above mentioned PMs are merely the most egregious examples of F-16's continued history of harassing this user, which spans multiple games and outside of the game queue.
   
3. In discussions with the user, he attempted to deflect blame onto others and lied to the staff about his actions.
   
4. He created a thread in MD that was a thinly veiled attempt to continue to harass a user. After an admin closed the thread, saying that it was closed, F-16 opened it again. The admin closed it. F-16 opened it. Whether or not this should be technologically possible, F-16 was clearly trying to circumvent the admin's actions.
   
5. After having most of his alts banned, he got on one that was previously unknown to us to continue to PM other people.
   
6. He has generally been abusive in the games he has played in, resulting in his recent 1-month game ban.

There was a protracted interpersonal conflict between Silverwolf and another user. The admin and mod team told both parties to cease discussing, PMing, etc. each other on the site. In response, Silverwolf immediately posted about the user in her GTKAS thread.

Given the sensitive and ongoing nature of the conflict, please do not start threads or posts to discuss the ban or conflict.

He has spammed site chat on multiple occasions, signed up for and then backed out of multiple games without contacting mods but rather by posting in GD about it, and did a similar thing in Mish Mash.

Finally, he went onto the wiki and changed over a hundred pages including official pages such as the Modding Requirements page.

Kappy has also been indefinitely banned from editing the wiki.

Kappy and all alts, including Descarus, should be replaced in any ongoing games.

Please make very sure before breaking site mafia rules such as "Do not quote communications with moderators" that the game's posted rules explicitly allow this behavior. Garmr's current mafia ban is extended to site wide for starting this transphobic thread. "Trap" is a transphobic phrase used to describe "trapping" or tricking others by hiding one's biological sex. It is listed on the GLAAD website as defamatory language. Garmr has previously been warned for homophobic language as well as has received numerous bans and warnings for abusive behavior in games.

Garmr's ban will expire on February 20th, 2018.

This ban is changed to an official warning. The largest reason for the ban (rather than a warning) was that it appeared RC was ignoring the warnings from a Site Chat Moderator. While RC ignored a Site Chat Moderator, it's not sufficiently clear that the warning was officially given (rather than an attempt to deescalate the situation before a warning is necessary), and RC did back off once it was more clear the Site Chat Moderator was warning.

Please understand that ignoring Site Chat Moderators and Discussion Moderators warnings can and

will

result in bans. This is irrespective of whether you feel the warnings were justified. Please don't hesitate to take up complaints on these via PM/Personal Chat with the Site Chat Mod/Discussion Mod or bring those complaints to me via PM.

I believe he lost sight of this warning and did not heed it, and I am fulfilling the message therein. This is both for the previous posts as well as a number of more borderline activities. In addition, after the most recent ban he PMed other users, ostensibly to apologize but in reality causing more harm.

The mods moved to act quickly to ban in order to reduce harm, but I am able -- with more time and context -- to view this in its totality and take into consideration the unbanning, which the mods didn't have full context of (an oversight on my part). Therefore after consultation with and agreement from the moderators, I am acting to remove House.

In the future, moderators may post bans that have temporarily open-ended ban lengths while they discuss the full gamut of options available but still allowing quicker action to be taken.

Alyssa the Lamb has been banned. It's come to our attention that in the same interactions that ended in Krazy's ban, Alyssa was similarly involved as a moderator of the discord implicated. At the time, Alyssa was long-term banned (self banned for over a year). Although less directly involved as Krazy, Alyssa was active at the time and had ample opportunity to stop the behavior here and did not remove or otherwise act on the user who was making suggestive comments to minors. The moderation team does not want this behavior to be able to persist on the site.
