Rosso Carne has been banned from non-game forums for one week for the following:

CSL is also banned for 48 hours, for communicating with a living player about an ongoing game in which he was dead.

Mysterious Mystery Man is banned indefinitely - abusive in-game posting, multiple violations of the "don't discuss ongoing games" rule, and probably alt of a banned user. The ban may be reduced to a probation of some sort if the latter can be cleared up to my satisfaction.

Starbuck is on probation (no new signups) for playing against her win condition.

Magnetic (parknourie alt) deactivated. We've deactivated a few other accounts which are either friends of that group with a suspicious pattern of games joined, or further cheating alts.

ReaperCharlie is on indefinite probation from joining/creating games, for out-of-thread communication and abusing mod privileges.

Junpei, 1-month non-mafia ban for over-the-line remarks toward YamiChan.

The YamiChan account was deactivated; it had become clear that either it was a troll account or that nothing constructive would come (for the site or for her personally) by her continued posting.
