OK I have checked the OP
You guys have a lot of green stacked up. I don't know where Non Imh makes sense because I think his posts are not outstanding. Not in a scummy way either, just like uneventful. I think in a situation where you keep missing, it's best to look in the crowd who are helming the lynches. Haven't done a full dive yet, but I see that I'm not the only replacement in this game. At face value, Insano's wall looks decent. I don't think it means much to me however and I can very much seeing it come from scum. The timing and necessity of it as I looked back from his posting habits doesn't really line up. They're all just general statements, and while that is evidently true for most catch-up walls, I don't feel he is leading with any clear direction. It feels like he just grabbed a bunch of odd topics and condensed them. I only mention this because I am not favorable of the content of his previous slot, therefore I doubt the intentProtect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

I think TGP is an okay push but for me my bias leads that something more sinister must be going on, and with that in mind it becomes an easy one to make. ABR mentioned to me that the people who were leading wagons were dead. I might go look at why that is later but I dunno yetProtect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

I understand that
Again, do you really think TGP is the best option here? I don't know, maybe I just feel differently about these situations. When my team is down, scum is winning. If scum is winning, they're either pulling the strings or just letting town eat themselves alive. I feel right now the thread morale is low but I don't think it's done due to in-fighting, rather apathy. You had Guillo who shit the bed and a bunch of unfortunate events. You have a ton of replacements and nobody seeing eye-to-eye. I don't think it's impossible for scum to be playing the part of town apathy, but I don't feel like TGP's posts were all that apathetic. At best, not interested.Protect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

I think Non Imh's posts are non-tells, and even in the event of an inactive lurk scum he'd at least be somewhat aware. None of them seemed like they involved other mates telling him what to do and not do, he just looked lost and confused. I think Non's wagon right now from an outsider perspective is either desperation by town or merely scum trying to push an easy wagon. Obviously, you're not there and voting TGP. TGP seems to think that Non Imh isn't the right call either. While I don't townread TGP (more on the side of null), I don't know what he gains being contrarian. I noted that one of your stances was that you felt the active players seemed pretty town, so apologies if I'm assuming something but it seems you disagree that something more is going on and we should just keep lining up inactive/uninteresting slots until we strike gold. What makes you think it's that simple? If you've re-read then I assume you've paid attention to the way the thread has formed if that makes senseProtect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

Actually, now's not the time to be haughty.
The only conclusion I can come from your knee-jerk reaction to me is that you think I have the potential to be scum who wants to get votes off my partner. I have to ask you first and foremost if this is your thought process then what benefit do I have putting myself in the line of fire for a deadweight slot. You said it yourself, Non has 4 posts. I'm not risking myself for someone with 4 posts, I just happen to think this is a bad wagon because I believe scum are on it. The morale of the town is currently extremely low and I don't think scum wants to make any moves at all. They want to lay low and keep playing the part of apathy. They want an unassuming wagon so when it all goes to shit they can collectively sigh and pretend to not know any better. I've entertained the idea of Non being scum but it personally just doesn't make sense with how I am reading other players.
This is where you come in. Where are you looking if Non is scum? Have you thought about it? I've read a bit of your posts and I see you were pressuring ABR for being apart of poor decisions calling him SCUM. You made actually a very strong proclamation. Where did it go? Why did you get off ABR and decide to vote Nom instead? If you have doubts about him then you have someone who is actually here and willing to go through them with you. You're wasting a vote on Vax/Non and you absolutely know this.Protect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

So I'm running with your theory right now ABR about lurkscum and the like. You're not one of them so you clear yourself of that burden immediately. Looking at Non's wagon we have two people who would qualify as lurkers (Muh/Umlaut). Gamma, You, and IV all have a decent chunk of posts. I'm referring to this instance because you believe Non/Vax is just a lurkscum right? Well again. There's two on his wagon right now. Are those mates saving face, or is there a possibility something else is going on? It's like I said before, Insano's vote on TGP isn't terrible but I find it to be worthless in the scheme of things. I've seen you rally town for your desires and if you truly believe that Non Imh needs to be flipped, at least tell me your gameplan after.Protect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

Looking at activity count, you have probably 4(?) people who I would consider not lurkers, and everyone else either replaced out or didn't meet the quota. Those slots being ABR (You), Gamma, IV, NPOM. Maybe DGB. You seem to to believe that right now, town is merely coming together for what little life they have left in order to air out some dirty laundry. 3 out of the 4 active slots want Vax gone. I can see your perspective, but what I wonder is that
Clearly, this town is probably made up out of more than 4 people. You told me that we shouldn't be shooting in the actives but again, Muh definitely isn't one of them. I don't see where the difference between Non and Vax exist, especially when Vax is here and Muh is not. That should fit into your priority to force scum's hand, should it not?Protect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

Liked his vote on Muh but apparently it's not even his actual one. I don't know why ABR started to insinuate that there was conspiracy against him. I think the concept of lurk/inactive to this game is far-fetched. What you have is a bunch of people simply not playing and a good chunk of that is likely town. We should be sorting that out right now, and I'm willing to even drop a case on Muh if I have toIn post 2921, Gamma Emerald wrote:Umlaut has actually pinged me as town from his D2 playProtect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

Look at Gamma and the fact he isn't here right now and that should already be a good start.
I did an extensive dive on a few players and I'm very convinced that Gamma is just scum here. As another point, look at the way he has participated throughout the last day and previous days. His posts reads like scum who feels isolated from a town mindset, therefore he just surrounds himself in the noise in order to fit in. It's not that you need to be provcating a lim or that aggression is inherently townie, it is how you use it. I believe that even the most passive townies are driven by some sort of pursuit and has a measure to get to their reads. Gamma changes his mind based on what the thread is doing and nothing else. This is especially bad if you know Gamma. Town are not afraid to make critical positions in the thread even if someone disagrees. Gamma has just been finding him in the middle of conversations to hide, then when it seems like nobody is paying attention he justifies a poor vote onto the leading wagon repeat this for 3 daysProtect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

Yes, go look at this D1 behavior in full. If you can tell yourself a moment that Gamma was willing to have an opinion that formed of his own thoughts and did not merely borrow, then I will redact everything I previously said. I'm not a post-by-post person, I just visualize how I feel about someone and then let my reasoning do the work.
I think I've been extremely town and I've penned some really good posts in this gameunwnd; do you find that your play and the way you have been doing it is particularly townie for you? I’m just curious, I have some paranoia about you despite it looking like you are trying to turn it around as town. Yes I’m essentially just asking you for self meta.Protect yourself from the back of your mind- unwnd

As scum these really good posts are things I don't believe in. They're at the same length but a lot more based on conjecture, and the actual content of them doesn't matter. My goal as scum is for you to read my effort as town. My goal as town is to read my effort and then agree with me.Protect yourself from the back of your mind - unwnd
