2x Mafia Goons
3-5x Vigilantes, which may be blank (not actually able to shoot)
2-4x Bombs (also kill anyone who shoots them at night) OR Supersaints (kill anyone who hammers them during the day)

50% chance of a vig being blank.
50% chance of a bomb/supersaint slot being a bomb/supersaint.

Vigs don't know if they are blank/not blank, everyone else is self-aware.
