It's not likely you're going to get signups with that deadline for a 9p. Can you set a tentative deadline even if it's a bit of a random guess?

A lot of games aren't filling unless you are aggressively advertising them. All the games that have filled had clearly set deadlines that people could plan around and commit to. I think you would have better luck if you took a similar strategy.
