3. bomb defusals - defusing the bomb:
once night starts, the bomb defuser will receive their bomb, and each bomb expert will receive a part of that bomb's defusal manual.
the bomb defuser and all bomb experts will be added into a private topic for the night. the defuser's job is to describe the bomb, and the experts' job is to tell the defuser how to defuse the bomb, based on their description and the manual they have received. an example of this can be found below.
besides that, the defuser and the experts are free to discuss the game as they wish.
if all the bomb experts give the correct information about the bomb, the defuser will successfully defuse the bomb, and will survive the night.
if any of the bomb experts give incorrect information, the bomb will explode, and the defuser will die.

The rules seem to not have foreseen the situation in which some of the bomb experts just refuse to give out any information, with the intention of refusing to participate in the defusing of a bomb. What if the defuser doesn't provide any solution to defusing the bomb too? I suppose technically they didn't either provide a correct nor an incorrect answer and there is no provision for that situation in the rules either.

I feel like this is a way for players to avoid defusing a bomb altogether. But it also kinda breaks the setup, I guess?

Refusal is likely treated as gambling with the defuser just guessing at the last second.

About the Dwlee TMI, it was mostly a gut feeling from reading their posts that feels very TMI-like but I can't really point to exactly why knowing the flips. Conflicted here. I have been pleading for counterwagons, but it doesn't make sense to eliminate outside of the three people who logically lied about their votes. We have the start of two counterwagons already in Dwlee and Strange.

That's part of the reason I'm not scumreading the manuever. I abused this persistence as scum when we had a false clear on the scum in the hood. It wasn't mandated there was scum in the hood, but same principle. On the other hand, I was scum and used it as a free pass to weakly push my buddies knowing it would fail. So that's why I'm conflicted. It's arguably a good play, but that doesn't mean scum can't do it too.

Dwlee and Malakittens are both on the same wagon at about the same time. While it's rare to overload a wagon like that. A common situation to do that is that fire had correct reads. However, fire's wagon largely existed due to the prior holder, so that's not possible. Another alternative is desperate scum forcing a town wagon. That might be true but isn't really consistent with the game state I feel.

VP being an alternate wagon choice suggests not scum. However, there are four wagons which easily allows for two wagons on scum.
