I just walked out of a game with Pavowski and Zyla, where I caught scum Day 1, became the defacto town leader, and then caught scum again Day 2.

Since for both of them, tha was their first ever game, they might be inclined to follow me again this game

Will probably try to banter with them early. Probably RVS vote Zyla and accuse her of mason hunting (that is how I caught her as scum last game lol)

I am going to do some meta to see if cyrus leaves fake crumbs or not.

The fact that he brought up crumbs confuses me a little

it's also possible he's a VT crumbing power so that scum will find it and kill him

That is the thing I was worried about. But looking at his games, I cannot find him doing that in any other game.

So if that is a VT strat, it is a new one.

I am leaning more on him just actually being the tracker lol

Maybe cyrus's posting style is a bit, but it is a bit that makes it way harder to sort him.

I did a quick look at his other games, and he did not post this way in them.

Do you normally change in ways that make you harder to sort in your current game?

Well there is a distinct difference between changing your play style to be harder to meta read, and changing your play style to make it harder to read you in game.

But I will say that your last few posts seem to lean less into you bit, even if I don't know if I agree with the takes.

cyrus isn't the play today

i still like hockey for town, i like the way he is engaging the game, it just feels like it's coming from town. same with zyla. luke's push on strangematter seems legit.

i'm less convinced about haschel atm. i want to hear more from azeru. i don't quite like 268 i get that it's early and not based on much but it does seem a little forced. strangematter is null for me.

Save the Dragons has only said positive things about me, starting with an early TR in post 51, might be a pocket attempt?

I saw a random post that could have been a post that was supposed to go into a mason chat instead of the main thread - but honestly, the way he is posting is making it hard to follow along.

I think that he is settling in on a push on you, but HC is coming out also saying ignore Cyrus. Maybe HC will start a push in another direction

But like, I do think that Strange is a good push, backed up by the fact that Azeru and HC both think that Strange looks bad, but despite other people thinking Strange looks bad the wagon is being hard tied to me.

Being loud is not the worst thing, like I am not on the table for elim today, but I don't think I can win in elo.

Like "why did the scum team not kill the loudest voice in the room" kind of thing. I guess I don't know how to set myself up to be able to win in Elo, but I also don't know how to set you up for a win

Okay - this is what I settled on. Backing off of Strange. Showing self doubt / doubt in my reads is a decent look for town / plus now it would make more sense for me to take a bit more of a back seat in the next push.

jailkeeping is tricky i've never played it afaik and i don't know if it's optimal to treat it like a doc or a roleblocker like i think you're more likely to get doc protected and i'm more likely to get roleblocked sooooooo

Yeah, thats the issue. Somepeople use it to scum hunt, some people use it to doc protect.

Makes it hard to anticipate.

If they want to use it like a doc, they might just target Cyrus. So I think that I am not super likely to have it used on me.

haschel is a good kill too though we might be able to miselim him or have him help us miselim zyla, though maybe that's less of a possibility with the strange flip.

Haschel might push zyla, but I don't know if he get miselimed after the Strangeflip

After giving the game a reread over night, I am most worried about STD right now. Towards the end of the day, he seemed pretty opportunistic with his vote

I think that that means I there is a chance I die today. Like, since I did not die, it means I was either the killer OR the target. With cyrus having a result, that means that he was not roleblocked, which ups the odds that I am just a killer I think

I might push you harder to try and set you up for end game.

I actually think that you have a better chance of being the endgame scum, tbh.

I was jailkept, and the jailkeeper knows it. That is a ticking time bomb, and when ever they reveal it, I am likely to die.

I am hoping that if I push you enough now, if I then flip first you can win off of that anti-partner interactions.

I think that HC is the jailkeeper btw. Everyone elses reactions to the no NK makes me think that they simply are not the one responsible.

I think that we would have had won this game if we had just split up our actions last night. Azeru would be dead, and Cyrus would have a clear check on me.

It stinks that we are suddenly in a losing position this game off of like 1 decision :/

I think that you have a chance to push either Zyla or Hockey out tomorrow. I am giving them "lock town reads," Cyrus is supicious of both, HC was suspicious of Zyla, and Zyla is trying to protect me.

If my lock town read flips town, they might look at my scum reads, and Pav is your best bet there I think.

So hopefully tomorrow you get one of [zyla,hockey] then in Elo they will have to choose between [you, pav]

I think that that is our only path to a win, and I did my best to set you up for it.
