and speaking of Shazi: i was only scumreading him a bit when i initially voted him, but i didn't like his response to my vote. it's less what Nero has been saying (i don't care about talking a lot about mechanics, i can do it too if i'm in the mood) and more the way his reads have seemed to be static. the Titus read in particular. i think i asked about that but it might have gotten lost. 2583 pinged but i don't know if that's bias.

on Gamma: i don't think red-scum Gamma eases on the Creature pressure when he comes back to post for a bit, while pushing Dunker. this isn't a meta point, it just seems odd to do while he knows Creature's meta, if he's scum with him. the Dunker push could come from bussing scum but it's unnecessarily risky for Gamma to do so when he already knows he's losing Creature.

Klazam: 1821 gives me a vibe of not being scum with Dunk/Creature, and i'm townreading him anyway. Dunker's 713 leans the other direction and is something to consider, but by itself isn't anything spectacular.
there isn't any particular reason for it not to be Nero other than i want to townread him right now.

Shaziro: no real evidence either way.
Dunker's one post on ActionDan was about "scum tingles" there which could be a sign of wanting to wagon that later due to thread sentiment against Dan, but it isn't a lot.

this is probably somewhat incomplete as the references are out of game-context aside from what i remember, and my memory isn't the best. the alternative is rereading the game, but i am really not going to do that. i still like it as a starting point.

if it's three scumteams this is pointless, but i think night 2 will settle that.

i was hoping this would give me more conclusions but neither of them interacted very much, and i underestimated how difficult this would be early-game in a large. if i had to guess right now at the last red scum it'd be Kiana.

Yes, I know I’m one of the five, but I don’t much care. I’m pretty sure we got this in the bag even if I’m hung at some point. When WC pops, I’ll step up my effort in scumhunting I promise. Still mostly observing at the moment.

For reference, this is the pool that I endorse hanging into- me, kiana (don’t like posting in general), AD (ad didn’t make much of a impression on me, I don’t know), ranmaru (when I voted gamma for not voting WC despite knowing there was an IC on day one, ranmaru was guilty of the same thing, but it somehow slipped my notice until much later). Titus I’m less confident about, but sure Titus can go too.

Joda, gamma, joey, brass, chara, koi, bujaber, a50, pidgey can be town in my book, at the moment. (Probably one or two scum in here, but I always re-evaluate reads on later days.)

i think the only real reason for red scum Gamma to target brass was because he wanted to see what orange scum was going to do based on Varsoon's "message" post.
but when i think about how Gamma reacted to Joda's questioning, in particular how he kept saying he knew no other religion spreaders had targeted Varsoon (when Joda was saying it was Gamma she targeted, who she thought was another religion spreader), i don't know if he's anything but watcher.
it's the only claim scum Gamma could have made, and changing it to JOAT does look like he wanted to avoid having to make up watcher results he wouldn't be able to deal with. or he was a JOAT all along and preemptively claimed to avoid being caught in a "lie" later.
but i also see why town Gamma does all of these things.

i do think that knowing how many killing actions are happening in a night and if town has any nightkills will get us to a point where the soft-guilty can be proven to be correct, and by play (not by role) i don't see red Gamma scum.

Gamma pushes me when he thinks that I was light pushing Joey on rolefishing, despite the fact that Joey himself knew I was trolling. Gamma just ignores that for some reason. Now when he gets rolefished by Joey he's not pitching a fit?

I also pretty much hate how a50 is pushing pid on flavor/outguessing the mod. TBF, he has done it as town and should know its bad but he's one of those "I'm going to play scummy regardless of alignment" There's also the possibility that he's the orange scum religion man and he's just being bad on purpose.

Alright let me break this down. So because I took issue with you accusing Joey of rolefishing, I'm supposed to take offense when he does rolefish me? I don't get that. I'm not taking offense because either A) it's town motivated so rather than get cheesed off I should ask for a reason or B) it's scum motivated and I shouldn't be taking offense since it's a scum play. In addition I'd already volunteered part of my role so him wanting to know more is natural, if it was him asking without prior knowledge of anything then it would be an issue.

I believe Gamma's claim and think he's a garbage-tier lynch for today. People should definitely stop telling him to out whether or not he has a protective and who he would be targeting if he is, that is literally just giving scum information. Like, fucking hell, "Oh they'll only kill Gamma that's no big deal" if they don't know if he's a protective or not, they might target somebody he is protecting and -nobody- would die, how do you miss that simple fucking logic? I'm ok with Ranmaru...-kinda-. I'm not big on the idea of lynching for him being away from game like I was for Creature, because so far as I'm aware it's not his thing. I'm happy with lynching Kokichi though, to be honest, because the more I read of their stuff, the more I regret ever removing my vote from them at the start of the game. Almost50 I am less confident about now.
