Okay fine, whatever. I think massclaiming isn't good for this setup, because if we claim all our powers we basically show every single possible hole scum could slip through. I guess I'd be amenable to massclaiming for the previous one though since I don't see it being that bad even if we do return to it, since it will likely be a while if that's the case.
