Messenger adds nothing to the setup.

So we're dealing with either

or
Hider/Follower/Bodyguard/Jailkeeper/JOAT/BackupJOAT

vs a scumteam that likely has Traitor + 3 scum with a invest-immune and probably a strongman.

The former setup seems more likely than the second. 9 town, say a useless role and VT die on D1/N1. 7 town. Hider and Weak Cop clear one townie each, no one can get guilties on Invest immune and Follower/MD can't get guilties on traitor.

Scum given a roleblock to counter town having a doc and a bunch of investigatives.

I still highkey think it's Beefster/Not_Mafia and there's something we're missing.

Problem is, of all the unconfirmed players, all three of them could be scum.
Mom's messenger stuff is crap, and her last interaction has me thinking she's scum.
This is literally N_M's scum game, so likely scum.
But Beef keeps saying he's town, even though we can't prove it.

The optimal choice tonight is to check beef if we don't lynch him, but I have no idea what to do.
I'd like to declare INTENT TO HAMMER.
Hoping that this will shed some light on the situation.

i mean there's a point where if not even beefster is going to play ball with the N_M/the worst scenario, and where his best defence is "i'm town idk what's going on", it's hard to side with him here

like he's literally voting you right now when scumteams with you/the worst and you/N_M should be impossible, and you don't seem to care

What's the point of ignoring the small things that can't come from anywhere but a town mindset and if I'm wrong, someone needs to tell me why and how because I'm not going to see it otherwise.

No one has brought up the fact to the worst agrees that this is N_Ms meta but is still insistent on this being momra/beef. That he agrees That NM is likely scum but instead of trying to parse the only other option that makes sense, he keeps ignoring that scum read and keeps pushing the team he's pushing.

While Beef is literally just going "bleh idfk" which could be a sign that town actually feels really lost and intimidated by the possible mylo situation, no one has mentioned that duck has his sights on protecting some one he doesn't even think is town

JOAT, Backup JOAT, Jailkeeper, Bodyguard, Follower, Hider, Messenger, Double Daymaker, and Compulsive Visitor

this is potentially one of the most scumsided theme games i've ever seen

the only town roles that mean anything are JOAT/Backup JOAT (only the rolecop is useful because strongman), Jailkeeper (useless because strongman), Follower (only if they get the one guilty), Hider (fucking dies easily), and Double Daymaker (a direct cancel to the gladiator)

it's just ridiculous

And you're not wrong, I'm not worried about beef voting me. I was more worried to see you join him. James voting you was car more worrisome because he's going to throw his weight srlimd and Beef is not. James is far more likely to find support for your lynch than beef is mine based on personality alone.


Furthermore, the fact that he's voting me when he agrees That I'm most likely scum with him and doesn't make much sense with no one else point to the fact that he holds underlying paranoia towards my slot and that is easily seen based his actions and stances towards me thus far
