Can I please have a TL;DR of the mastina situation?

Depends on whether you want the summary from the people ON the wagon or the summary which I'd actually use.
The reasons from people on the wagon can be summarized as a combination of policy and "she's scum".

The reasons I'd actually use aren't so simple. They're similar, but not the same.
I genuinely believe that my lynch helps the town. Pine is highly likely to pick me--

know he didn't, but the only way for others to know he didn't is to lynch me. My lynch would then cast insight into who he did, and didn't, pick. Plus, there are some reads I'm pretty solid on, which my flip can help with. Like, obviously, my reads on saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, Firebringer, Reck, and co. are going to be pretty damn worthless, but.

My reads on players like Ginngie and Chara? Can be followed like gospel once locked in, which at this stage they pretty much are. I'm not going to have the game broken open on D1, such that I know all the scum. But I WILL have the game POEd such that I have a fair idea of who is town and can more or less case them for why.

Additionally, my mislynch would help shed some light on the wagon. There are some voters on me who are very, very, very clearly town. Wrong-town, but town nonetheless. (Molla comes to mind. Reck kinda does, too.) There are others, however, that are very, very, very clearly scum, voting me opportunistically. (Mathdino comes to mind.) My lynch helps to expose those voters for what they really are, something which can only be done with the lynch; the wagon alone is not enough since my alignment remaining unknown prevents people from having it as a reference point for the voters there.

Btw fun fact: today I had a dream that I saw an artistic depiction.
The cartoonish depiction was of a green dinosaur, grinning, holding a big fucking huge (ginormous) spiked club, over the bodies of three unconscious individuals. I couldn't make out the identities of said individuals, but the dinosaur was pretty clearly a cartoon depiction of Mathdino. (I might try to draw the picture I saw in my dream if I can find my artistic supplies and scan it in.)

I am pretty sure this means one of three things.
-Mathdino is town, and will nail three scum this game precisely, no more but no less.

-Mathdino is scum, and will be the fourth scum found after three other scum are exposed.
-Mathdino is scum, and we'll lynch the fuck out of him after three town players have died.

Personally I am fond of the latter two interpretations.

Would alisae pick mastina

Yes. For multiple reasons.
Deny me to Pine because I am a better scum player.
Depending on who got picked for scum, knowing that situationally I would be competent enough to be able to name who they are. (For instance, as a hypothetical example which no longer applies because I know it's not true, Alisae would know I'd fuck over a scum-Ginngie. Though on that note, Alisae knows that I'd be able to identify a town Ginngie and would work with her, so. E would be all too happy to choose BOTH of us as town.)
Because I am one of Alisae's friends.
I might have even expressed sentiment to Alisae prior to the game that I wanted to be town, would have to check my messages to confirm this but if so then Alisae would take that into account too.
Probably more than that, too.

Though, I could have been in the leftovers picked by neither side like last game. (I'd be quite miffed if so tho.) So it's not a surefire thing, but I'd say it is in fact highly probable.
