I can throw up some quotes later but you have alot of "hey guiz wait, its too early to town read creature" while town reading him just enough that he wouldn't OMGUS you.In post 1096, Toranaga wrote:a balancing act? pfft. are you trying to make me scumread you now? what the hell are you talking about?Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. I was talking specifically about ausuka townreading creature way too early when I wasn't even liking his posts and thought he was suspicious. your lack of reading skills =/= me doing a 'balancing act'. nice fake read though, almost intelligible. In post 1105, Nero Cain wrote:

Ausuka's TR on Creature makes sense based on the other game from the post I linked earlier. Ausuka can actually make that read as Town.In post 1107, Toranaga wrote:

creature had made 0 reads when ausuka started townreading him. I felt it was odd. I wasn't doing a 'balancing act' anyway, that was the purpose of my response here.In post 1109, Quick wrote:

Are you aware of Creatures meta?Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

then y was it so strange that ausuka was town reading him. Creature giving reads isn't dependent I think.Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. Look at the game I liked earlier. I checked how many posts Creature had in both by the time Ausuka made that read. Creature made more in this game by the time Ausuka made that read than the other game. His posts where also closer grouped together. In post 1110, Toranaga wrote:

I have no idea why my early townlean on Brigand matters whatsoever? I said at the time it was very light and there's actually relevant stuff to talk about.
I think the entire reason was because I liked 53.
Scumreading you initially was because... nope it was less than ten pages in. Why do you think it had solid logic. I gave the entire reason a while back in 190. You didn't follow up on something. That made you a decent person to push. 222, that ended with a read formed and I moved on. Not sure what you're looking for, my motivation is literally just what's obvious from using ctrl f in my iso for your name and stopping at 222. Nothing else to it there.
To the first point about 'backing off', it's shooting as much stuff out as possible and trying to form as many reads as possible on as many people as possible as quickly as possible. That's how I'm trying to approach games atm. That's why I listed I think 6 townreads pretty quickly. 100% playstyle. There's no reaching. I've become enlightened.- Hopkirk

I mean it's not like reads are static. I think its safe to early town read Creature based on activity. Now if you Creature goes inactive and ausuka was still town reading her then yeah I can get why she'd be suspicious. If you are town here I think you jumped the gun a little early.Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
