Look. This game is weird. I was legitimately busy last weekend and when I came back both scum were caught with a potential lead on the 3rd. You can disagree with me all you want but there is no way I’m ever going to put brawl as confirmed town and I’m not comfortable leaving him til lylo.

Not necessarily. It's very possible they hit one of the inactives instead, which is the better play, because you have content to read me on and you don't for the inactives.

It's also possible we have something like a Tracker, so even if they investigated me, they wouldn't have a clear because Garuga could've performed the kill.

Hell, it's even possible they DID investigate me, but are hoping the wagon shifts direction so they don't have to claim publicly.

Definitely not. If we have any PRs left, this just neuters them, and if we don't, we confirm that to the Scum and they know not to play around them. I would wager we probably do, given the Ascetic modifier on Garuga.

We shouldn't mass claim, but It's positive equity for me to claim here: I'm an even night commuter, if there is a role capable of getting results weaker than a straight cop they should be on me tonight to confirm I can't be targeted.

Keep in mind that if my role were scum, I wouldn't be able to perform the factional kill while commuting, I'd be doing the same thing as the ascetic, and I wouldn't be protected from the vigilante

I agree with dunn we shouldn't lynch him today either but he's far from a townread. I'm highly suspicious of his mod question. Feels like he is most concerned with showing us how he can't be scum by mechanics.

Tbh I'm down to voyc too, but I'm down to lynch like any of Voy/Music/Dunn due to the inactivity (maybe not Dunn as it looks like he's actually going to be active). I have my vote on Brawl for the info we get on the flip but the more I think about it it's better to try and lynch scum now then get info on lynch flips (especially because the likelihood of there being one more scum left is super high), and Brawl is nowhere near the scummiest person here.

However out of the three I want to hear Music the most, all we have from her are a few reads with nothing behind them. I understand they're catching up but I want to hear some reasonings at some point soon. I'm interested in the scum read Voyc has on me too considering the general consensus is that I'm town, but it feels like Music just saw us posting the town block, put that down as town, and then just picked a random inactive player as scum. I'm gonna put my vote on Music Box until they've gave the reasons behind their reads, and then probably hop on the Voycwagon unless anything changes.

It is a pretty common fake claim, but for reasons that aren't relevant here.

People fakeclaim commuter to explain why they aren't being killed and to dissuade investigations on themselves - here, I'm not in a position to be killed by the mafia in the first place (which is part of why I claimed anyway) and I can actually be targeted by even more roles than I could before to figure out my alignment (I'm either lying about being a commuter or I'm not, there was already a werewolf ascetic flip)

Sure, in my 2 or so posts so far I can see you drawing that conclusion. It's not actually scummy, by definition, to prove that I'm not scum, but ok.
