A guilty result increases probability that someone is scum, but it's also an incredibly unreliable piece of evidence because you just don't know what happened at night. So I always use it as corroboration, never against behaviors. I've been in games where someone comes out with a guilty on my strongest town read, and I defended the fuck out of her, and she was in fact town, NK'd the next night because my defense was so strong. So, yeah, can't trust roles unless it corroborates behaviors.

I'm claiming Town Loyal Fruit Vendor and I visited Shoshin last night. She should have received fruit from me but she is saying she has no idea of anything. My action only fails if I target scum. Or if I was role-blocked which is highly unlikely.

My read on BBT has been towny and hasn't really changed. I believe the claim. I don't see how or why he would do this as scum.

I wasn't role-blocked. I don't think I would have been high on scum's priority list after my D1.

I had to look up Loyal in the wiki. It says that if you target scum, it will be the same as if you were role-blocked. So either someone else has your pear and could confirm the redirection, or you were role-blocked, or your pear went to scum, either Shoshin or redirected to scum. Ugh.
