It's not a backdoor for a mislynch - stupid idea.
I really think the slot is possibly the most obvious scum with or without dramonic, OR THE MOST OBVIOUS LYNCHBAIT.

If Sky flips town, I'd eat my hat if there's no scum in this trio.
And no matter how much you can try and say "that makes no sense", I know I'm correct about this.
Duck knows I can metaread him, Ausuka has no idea how much of his games I've already read, and same with brassherald.

So we lynch SkyGrazer today, and when he flips scum all's good.

I don't have much of a fully fledged opinion about him other than what I said earlier, which I wanted to pick up and run with and pretend to be all hyper confident about but i don't think he's scum with Dave/Taly slot so here we are, trapped in the amber of this moment.

At any rate his nonsensical babble about having a team-solve and trying to push that through is, if not scummy, certainly bad play

Because it's a helpful mentality to not let buzzwords and general mentalities of how something is, influence and overwrite game discussion or thoughts.

I didn't read into too much depth into it, but I liked the posting, and that influenced my read.

HWS, of all the people in this game you're the one person where my gut is just like TOWN. Solid posting and consistent. Care to entertain me with what you think of the [Inferno, brassherald, the worst] bloc?

While I'm not caught up as well as I'd have liked I can answer:

Inferno - seems townie to me so far. But I'd probably need to Iso him for a better feel when I can re read his stuff and point it out. I do feel scum would be better off laying low as opposed to being in a catfight with Gus

Brass - like him so far. Seems genuine I think. I like the reads (and the guy) and would have 0 desire to lynch there rn. Also, pretty active and I think scum brass might be less active (although him being less active in scum games may be life issues etc)

TW... I can live with the "give him time to obvtown" approach and even if he's scum he'd spew enough info I feel. I could meta him but I've played/modded with him 3 times before buuuut with ~2300 of his posts per game day that's gonna take a while.


So in short I'm not seeing any scum there right now. Something might trigger me to go iso dive later on but not right now. I'm moreso looking at Skygazer, dram, maybe Chick

Right but like that's a matter of opinion and it seems unlikely scum!elbirn would blatantly lie about his opinion on how useful an acronym is which makes the fact that you then called him "obvtown"
And like the only thing you mentioned about Elbirn before this is his self-vote and your reaction to that seems overblown as well. Like there is no good reason why scum can't do that really and it feels like your mega townread on Elbirn isn't natural.

what else is it based on then? because you made no mentions of her in your catchup and "she townreads me" is the only thing you said about her. can you walk me through why you thought, "I will reaction test X specifically by saying that I'm townreading them because they're townreading me!" Like it seems really fishy that when Chick criticized two things from you, you said they were both looking for reactions and I have no idea why you make those really random and confusing reaction tests as town.

Its entirely possible that I'm being pedantic or failing at reading comprehension, but my interpretation of what you said was basically "Hi, I'm replacing dave! *reads Dave's posts* yup, he sure is town!"

Like, youd never need to do that. You know your own slots alignment.

Even if I'm wrong in my understanding of that post, it's really weird that you'd take the time to declare that this will help you read him in future games. It's useless to mention this game and is an awkward way of saying "I'm town btw"

As for team solving, that post was talking about hitalt, not you. I apologize if i wawaswawasnwawaswawasnt clear there, and I left that string of nonsense up there because this is what my phone does and I want you all to share in the pain of 20 minute phone posts

For the record I would denounce acronyms and buzzwords regardless of alignment. It's not a good way to play and is basically psychological tricks masquerading as actual knowledge/thought.
