I didn't have as many strong scum reads as you do. While waiting for the weirdness on the Gamma wagon to shake out, I realized a ton of the weirdness was because how much frustration NM added to the whole evaluation. I went back and saw comments like "NM NEVER contributes" and "he never does anything pro-town" and thought that it was something to confront. Also I hadn't seen an NM game nearly this quiet. Thank you for the meta context here; I'd been waiting for Math to tell me about NM.

i mean, i think he's basically useless and that he'll lolhammer if given the oppurtunity as either alignment but like ... there's legit scummy and i don't want to pl today; it'll be totally unsatisfactory.

I hate the fact that I have so many scum reads because of a lack of reason to town read/lack of activity, versus having a few strong scum reads because of noticeable scum motivation.

I feel like the momrangal wagon is composed of town and people are either fully inactive or not jumping on the chance to get pressure off of gamma

Sorry that’s incorrect. That Bernie counter attempt was before you made your comment. I put gamma to 5 and Bernie gets to 3 out of nowhere and pretty close together. That’s a huge red flag yet you act like a counter attempt didn’t happen.

Yeah, that does make sense, actually. And actually I did do this as scum. But I don't think I'd scumread Shoshin if Gamma turns out to be town, it would take more surprises than that. In this case I was mostly referencing how I was consistently townread as scum in my first game despite the mental hoops people had to jump through to keep me at the top of their townreads. I won't do the same if evidence tells me to re-evaluate, is all I'm saying.

You are saying that the lack of a counter is suspicious but there have been attempts at them which means your point is invalid.

Doesn’t matter what word you use to describe it, but since the wagon started, there has absolutely been resistance to it. As soon as he got to l-2, people started scrambling.

And tbh you don’t necessarily need a counter wagon. You just need people to spread their votes around.

A gamma lynch points to somebody on Bernie being scum if gamma flips scum.
