He claimed before Reality did. Why claim anything before he needs to? I don’t like that your assuming a mod derp when I have now messaged RC twice about it. The first time was when I changed my target from the worst to CS and I made it a point of asking him if it was too late. His non-answer made it clear it wasn’t. But when I submitted my N3 action on the worst, he told me that my role was “disabled”. You know on this site when someone receives your message? Well, I have no reason to think either that RC didn’t receive it or that my NA didn’t go through. So whatever case you want to make, I’m not buying unless you take that into account.

This is wrong on many levels.
First of all,

the mod derp is not YOUR action, is his listing CShep's action in Reality's result.

Second, the mods do NOT tell people if their actions succeeded, so no, he would tell you nothing.

The fact that nobody has claimed a communicative targeting Nico means that scum is lying. And that means one of two things: either scum didn't expect Reality's result, which in turn suggests that Reality/Wheme are town, or both Reality/Wheme are scum making a gambit.

I doubt they're scum because their result sort of cleared me, so overall they're probably town.

shoshin/chick makes sense for a team and i'm happy to go with that. shoshin is just too survivalistic to be town to be honest. they are straight up making multiple logical fallicies and contradictory points in order to push their views

There is no other claimed communicative action on Nico.

What are the possibilities here?
A. Someone obscured using a communicative action on Nico. That would be random, obscuring sending a message to Nico.
B. RC mistakenly included CShep's action in Reality's report despite CShep being jailed by you.


How likely is A? Not very. A message is not an implicating action. Random has no scum motivation to hide such an action, when it will just get him in trouble if an investigative caught the action (like it happened).

How likely is B? Very. RC often derps, with most recent example this very day, where he sent a result he should have sent on D1. Its easy to imagine he forgot to remove the action from the result while resolving.

Therefore, anyone with a brain understands that B is way more likely than A. It has nothing to do with my alignment, with random, or wih anyone else. Its common fucking sense.

Any rate, even a mod derp isn’t clearing. Someone did kill Nico and Shoshin makes the least sense. It’s not really similar to Ank/Mastina because they already knew the outcome.
