If you want to lynch in the neighbourhood, you want to lynch Wave.

Can masons even have modifiers in a normal?

I'd suggest looking at KK (where I'm voting), FL (to decide if you buy the claim), Wave (Neighbour), Android (yesterday's leading lynch for a time and only survivor of a large wagon), and the other lurkers since it'll be quick (Wheme, yourself, Mylo, Scion, Pine whoever else slips my mind due to lack of presence).

Why would you want to lynch within masons if a partner claimed?

Based on what you've said (wanting to lynch within masons/neighs)
Either you doubt the claim, in which case you should want to lynch FL.
Or you believe the claim and you should want to lynch Wave.

But you're saying you want a mason partner to claim

I don't see what's so hard to get about it. One of those lynches is probably a mislynch, getting FL's partner to claim helps me determine which it is. I could lynch Wave now, I guess, and leave the second mason unclaimed, but I'd rather lynch more accurately.

So like, correct, I am at work, I did see the claim, and posted my thoughts about it in the mason thread.

I was on my way to work while posting, saw theclaim, had like 10 minutes left, so i made some mason thread posts to deal with later, as I didn’t have time to deal with a potentially big thing.

I was trying to figure out if GROB was town fake claiming mason to try and protect my mason partner(s), which would have been good play, or if he was scum claiming mason, which in this case, he would already know my alignment was town. If i had gone through with accepting that play, and he was scum, he would have been able to kill me off, coast as conf mason buddy and potentially 1v1 with a mason buddy of mine and successfully kill of 2 masons at the price of himself on day 4. That’s an easy trade to make as scum, and very solid play.

Idk if I think that’s what happened after the past few pages, but I needed more to see. I think I’m leaning town there.

All pushing me does right now is out my mason partner.

There are already crumbs out there, not necessarily mine, that will prove it, and there’s zero reason to out that right now.

Vax claimed Vig Day 1 and then on day 2 said it was fake.


What you should prob do if ur not gonna do a full catchup is ISO people that are potential lynches for today. I personally recommend: Android and flavor leaf as they are my top scum reads. Other people that u might want to check are Kublai Khan and Mylo.

I don't need FL's partner to claim, I'm sure enough in Wave lynch. Neighbor-meta aside, 99% of wave's contributions have been calling other players Town. Having lots of townreads and very few scumreads is a wonderful way to coast without taking heat or giving off associatives as Scum, and his tone also feels off.

I'm in the group that says that Flavor Leaf's mason buddy needs to claim. On the re-read it just feels like his town & scum read on me & JarJarDrinks keeps flipping depending on whoever is attacking him. There is something manipulative in his play and he's trying to hide it with smoke and mirrors. Like his explanation of his reaction to Golden Robster is all WIFOM. He's basically arguing that there's no excuse for scum to play/react badly. Well of course not. But we catch scum when they do play/react badly. Except when we get placated by WIFOM reasoning.

If his partner is in my town or weaktown list, then I'm happy with three solid town reads to help with POE.
