if tw behaves like a good duckling and shoots scum or scumreads he can live until scum are lynched, and then if the game isn't over he gets sadly respectfully lynched for his honorable service and be given a decent burial and a full round salute
if tw starts shooting town he's gone off the rails and as a thread to town wincon has to be put down whether he's SK or vig tbh

the problem is the real fun this game starts late
as a normal game it can be broken so hard with the lack of theme fuckery and NRG stuff, when all the claims round out and you start getting conflicts its ezpz to find out ones out

i used to be a fan of direct democracy but really people should at that point just find one person likely to be town and actually knows what they're doing/has proficiency and kingmake them
