Considering there's been one other soft out there (can't remember who) then I think it's obvious that if there's some other PR out there then they should softclaim to help with PoE

Clears are also v useful obviously

If there is a clear, they should claim.

If they dont have any actionable info they should keep quiet unless they are being pushed.

It's not exactly optimal but there are enough claims already out there that I think after eragon's claim if he is town they will just be able to poe down the other town pr, so I don't think we're losing anything by putting the information out there and what we're losing is, well, information, which is always a good thing for town
