on the other hand I think nsg will get caught eventually because of her d1 play that made you suspicious enough to choose her

Also I had a couple of great crumbs that I don't think scum will easily find so sircakez can conftown himself whenever
Overall our team is set up well to win and you were shoshin's fav lynch there for awhile so maybe this isn't the worst set of circumstances

I wonder if town will start to play in such a way as to keep scum off the EOD lynchwagons for gold reasons

Like if this town isn't awful at this game, they'll look at my flip, realize "Oh shit his ABILITY informed him of SCUM that's why there was no NK!"
And then they'll figure that my 1152 CLEARLY points to scum
And they'll either get the first letter of each line being NSG was the crumb or that because I single out Goo who immediately shot me, he's gotta be scum
But I don't put a lot of stock into the skill of players like Shoshin or Kokichi, so I'm pretty sure they'll screw this up.

I think you super underestimate Shoshin
She doesn't play how you like but she does pretty well as town
She's never mislynched, and ~half her scumreads are spot on and she pushes them well (she pushes the wrong reads just as well which is her biggest game flaw but)
Also skitter is super thorough
I have confidence

Your NSG crumb is actually amazing but idk if they'll notice it. I wouldn't look for it, probably, but it's right there... We'll see. Gamma is defo going down though

But I actually still kept my head stuck out and engaged other players and generated content across the board.
I'm fine with being scumread--I entered the game in a way to deliberately be scumread and not be NK'd since I had a role with a decent chance of catching scum.
It's mostly that Shoshin scumread me at the expense of looking anywhere else or engaging anywhere else, which leads to a whole 2 weeks of wasted time on Shoshin's part, as well as a complete bust of the Gacha ability.

in the original version of this setup, the mafia was pretty weak, and the Jess the Beheader role was

extremely

situational to the point where it might not ever make sense to use it -- making her a day vigilante evolved out of trying to increase the mafia's power. the most expensive Fantasy Costco items are basically game-winning for town if they can get to them, and generally the Fantasy Gachapon abilities will represent at least a small swing in the town's favor. a mafia day vigilante is for sure a powerful role in just about any setup, and an argument could be made that it's a bad role to include regardless, but imo it doesn't make the setup scum-sided.

To be honest, if I was scum right now, I'd cover with a "My role starts with 150 gold and gains 50 on lynches, so I was on the wagon and doctored this player' to explain away the No Kill
