Also Dva making up townreads is the easiest thing to do in the game. If I wanted to go the line of faking a townread on fire saying he dumbtold isn't the line I need to go.

Regardless of her alignment, Sakura's partner selection doesn't seem predicated on the idea that she's going to endgame with you.
