Setup
- You are Knight Errants, chivalrous adventurers seeking to punish evil wherever you find it.
- Four of you are Fallen Knights, who seek to bring down theKnight Errants. They will murder one player each night.
- All matters are settled with duels, notlynches. Each of you may publiclychallengeanother to a duel, whichgladiatesthe two of you.
- The legendary sword, Excalibur, liesunclaimedin public.
- Anyone can secretly claimExcaliburduring the night, and transform into aBulletproof Vigilante. It will be publicly announced that the sword has beenclaimed, but not the identity of the player whoclaimedit.
- If you are not the rightful owner of the sword, you will dieinstead of your target when you try tovigsomeone. If a-aligned playerMafiaclaimsExcalibur, then he/she will immediatelydie.
- Note that if more than one player try to claimtheExcaliburduring the night, one of them will berandomlychosen for the sword.
- If the player who has the Excaliburdies, then it becomes publiclyunclaimedagain. You cannot willinglyunclaimthe sword.
- One of the Knight ErrantsisArthur, the rightful owner ofExcalibur, but he isunawareof his true nature and will receive a simpleKnight Errant Role PM. (but will still flip asArthur)
- Thankfully, one of you is the wizard Merlin, who is aware ofArthur'strue identity. Merlin also knows who has theExcaliburat all times.
- Merlincannot just outright say whoArthuris, becauseMafiaNightkillresolves before theclaimingof the sword.
- Finally, if there is only one Fallen Knightremaining, then he/she will surrender and the game will end in.TownVictory
