Nolynching here and then coming back to lynch you later is super bad for town, and it's a trap we need to avoid. You're not towny enough to not be considered later in the game, and Maria isn't a lynch option

so me falling into "a trap!" was me relying on dunnstral questioning of maria and i probably wouldn't have bothered with this gladiate in the first place if he didn't put maria back into my "well maybe she is scum" category.

also 90% of my gladiate was because maria asked for it.

Yeah see this is kind of opposite of what i am thinking and why i am kind of on board with a lynch on me to get this game over with for myself.

i don't think if i survived today i woudn't be lynched tomorrow. i am literally always saved for a mislynch bait till the end.
