I don't usually feel like random voting, I don't think it's the votes that spark D1 discussion but just people talking to each other.

And I don't put down real votes often, especially early on. I find it leads to confbias as I'm asked to justify it, and I don't think most players are easier to read under pressure.

lol, wrong. Every time I join an open setup that I think is town-sided I roll scum and every time I join an open setup I think is scum-sided I roll town. It's like a meme at this point. I think feeling like I can turn a game into a win is more fun for me than "a challenge" since mafia is hard enough on its own. Even an "easy win" can feel quite challenging
