Lamees, DVa, Yyotta, Thor, Malakittens, Egix and you, which is, what, half the playerlist?In post 24, Auro wrote:Are you referring to the recent Dethy game?
Who else on this playerlist do you have completed games with?
How will an early wagon on me help you sort me?
As it happens I stalked a lot of your games — and I didn't do so well at guessing.
I wanna be cheeky and say "same way it does everyone else", but I'll be specific and say I want to see your reactions to a wagon building up on you.
I think Auro is townleaning with all the questioning ATM, don't like the non-serious content by DVa (ex. her last post). Agree it feels LAMIST, wanna see a push there.- DVa

My point is that we'd talk just as well without votes...In post 61, Auro wrote:But we talk to each other based on the votes we make; does that not give enough reason to vote?
Real = a serious vote. I don't have any particular impressions of anyone. Tip for playing with me: you'll get way more mileage asking me for "thoughts on post X" than for "thoughts." I don't have time to write down all my thoughts and if I did they'd be all jumbled anyway.Define "real"? What do you think of the content produced so far?
Is DVa the type to do this? For me, the only reason I'd appreciate being town in a scumsided setup is to have an excuse for losingIn post 62, Egix96 wrote:I'm guessing that town!DVa would have appreciated the challenge of playing as town in a setup that she herself perceived to be imbalanced against that alignment. It's not a particularly strong tell, but it's a start.
I try never to force anything. If I don't have anything I want to talk about, I won't try to force myself to get people talking. So I won't ever make a post with the intent of "driving conversation." I'll make a post with the intent of "talking about X." And I'll do this when, and only when, such an X comes to my attention.In post 65, Thor665 wrote:
If you believe this why are all your other posts able to be quoted by going; "First, what?".In post 60, Something_Smart wrote:
I don't usually feel like random voting, I don't think it's the votes that spark D1 discussion but just people talking to each other.In post 55, Auro wrote:Something_Smart, why have you not voted yet?
And I don't put down real votes often, especially early on. I find it leads to confbias as I'm asked to justify it, and I don't think most players are easier to read under pressure.
Shouldn't you be trying to drive some conversation?Shame on a martyr claiming friends

You've seen my scumgames and I questioned a lot in them, why does questioning earn me a townlean here?In post 76, NotNova wrote:I think Auro is townleaning with all the questioning ATM- YyottaCat

Fun Fact: The above fact is a fact.
My thoughts on my signature in 2018-2019:
What in the world even is "Burger king foot lettuce"?
I know what Burger King is but what is foot lettuce?
Is it lettuce made out of feet? Geez, I'm so different than how I used to be.- Auro

DVa's non-serious content actually comes more from town!DVa from my knowledge of her; so that's NAI at worst.In post 76, NotNova wrote:don't like the non-serious content by DVa (ex. her last post). Agree it feels LAMIST, wanna see a push there.
Lamees was referring to her serious content about "rolling town in a scumsided game" as LAMIST (correct me if I'm wrong), not the other posts.- Auro

You didn't like DVa's earlier posts enough to have a vote on her; why start a new wagon now and break momentum?In post 84, rb wrote:VOTE: Lamees
wow trying so hard to be funny and relaxed like town but obvious scum imo
im so good at this game tbh wow
Do you not get similar vibes from Dunnstral?- Auro

Same question as above - why'd you break the momentum on my wagon, shifting it to a slot that hadn't even posted till then? Are you towning me?In post 69, DVa wrote:VOTE: Yvotta- Something_Smart

RB's vote on DVa was not an RVS one.
Besides, some here believe that RVS wagon pressure actually elicits useful, perhaps sortable reactions; so I don't see any real reason to shift a vote from a null slot to a vanity slot which hasn't posted yet, as in DVa's case. Unless, of course, *she* thinks RVS wagons are useless (or is townreading me).- DVa

DVa's "ugh I rolled town in a scumsided setup" posts;
NotNova's and Lamees' attack on DVa citing LAMIST;
Do you think the former is AI? Do you think the latter could be scum motivated?- Auro

To me, voting on a zero-content slot looks like a vanity vote, not that you started a new wagon.In post 92, DVa wrote:A new wagon in RVS isn't a "vanity slot" and I don't have to townread you to change votes to someone who isn't posting content yet.
So you believe the RVS wagon on me is meaningless, and the pressure of me getting closer to lunch range isn't useful?- Auro

Unlikely. Clearly she already held the opinion that the setup was scumsided, so she'd probably say something like this as scum as well as town.In post 93, Auro wrote:For starters, I'd like to hear your thoughts on:

Could be? Sure. But I think a lot of new players, town and scum, learn buzzwords like LAMIST and then apply them, and that post does fit the description of LAMIST although the belief that that description is reflective of alignment is false. (And I'm not trying to be patronizing here. It's just a trend; as you get more experienced you tend to realize when the buzzword concepts do and do not really apply.)Do you think the latter could be scum motivated?Shame on a martyr claiming friends

If it's "could be town, could be scum" then I think that means it's better to say it's NAI rather then WIFOM.In post 78, Leodanny wrote:It’s WIFOM LAMIST, right?Copyright © MafiaScum. All rights reserved.
