I really enjoyed the fact you responded to the tight PoE by gambiting -- pretty much the only opportunity to change things up there. It was a vicious d1. Leveraging a couple of slots' discomfort with reading me to get the lynch through was pretty clever. You also came out pioneering the push on me without backing down which was pretty cool. I think sheep looked worse out of it but idrk I guess.

In a normal player list I doubt it would be so stacked for town. There's just some really lucky combinations in there for us.

Agreed. And, I actually felt like I was town when pushing you, because it just felt like something town-mastina would be doing given she'd know about your alignment/performance in Starcraft.

have the power to give out a N6 vigilante, with the explicit details of it being an evil gun. If sheep nails the naturalness of it, it works to our favor, because it means that he's pseudo-cleared and he gets to kill Pink Ball.

He has to convince people that the role exists--it DOES. But he needs to sell them that it does. Because if they don't believe it exists--even though it does--then he gets lynched in spite of being truthful.

Honestly even if sheep was powerlynched on D4, if he survives D3 I'll be calling this game a win since it went as well as possible.

The gambit was my idea, actually.
I laid out the no-kill, no-gift plan, and that if there was a guilty, to claim the N6 Vig with the evil gun.

And yeah, I did kinda hard-frame Mephistophanes as my scumbuddy.
If you can't KILL the cop...figure out a way where the town does it for you.

Well in sheep's credit.
With no power roles.
We'd have you dead N1 and Pink Ball dead N2 and skitter as not conftown D3, leaving the POE pool MUCH wider and more flexible. Mephistophanes, skitter, Slaxx, maybe even podoboq, all are lynchable then.

That checks out. My entire rationale there was I was very, very sure {Billiam, Nibbui, Mnancstophanes} were town and I figured Mnancstophanes would be the person in that bracket you would find the least threatening / probably never nightkill n1.

like two guilties n1 n2 that both got kind of shot in the foot by a preemptive fakeclaim is exactly the scenario i was designing around

Although I know your role pm was specific skitter, I find it weird that hers gives her an out on her ability if it’s wrong. I think the plan was to try to get sheep today and then just survive one more day somehow. Sometimes a spade is a spade.
