99% this is a real vote from Drixx if he's town, for the same reason. Less likely to think he's town given that he's hiding a real vote(which has a typo, which may or may not have been intentional and thus may or may not actually show up given the automated systems being used for vote counting) under the guise of RVS+joke.
Please don't. Not D1. Leave your bullshit behind, deal with it on D2 maybe. Let D1 be the fruitful scumhunting day it can be, without burying it beneath past grudges.
Agreed on millers picking up new role PM's as soon as possible, and believe they should making full claims immediately prior to changing their role; public claim preferred, hood claim MIGHT be okay IF hood contents are known. In post 34, Asking for a friend wrote:I think hoods should be claimed early.
BnL should pick up a new role pm tonight.
Aside from that I am probably going to let the duck post on my behalf, atleast for D1. This is bound to be a clusterfuck and I want to just post funny memes until we get some flips going.
However.
I'd like an elaboration upon the benefits you see coming from sharing hood membership early. Yes, this is a test.
I'd also like you to elaborate, in detail, about your hood thoughts...but only after Asking responds. In post 37, Torque wrote:

Little scum equity in blowing up the chance of all your scummates getting people to slip/say more than they should in PT's by increasing their paranoia. Yes, there is a bit of benefit in essentially making it far less likely that people will turn their PT's into functional masonries with strong town reads, but I think it's notably outweighed by making sure the knowledge imbalance between scum and town doesn't increase further. In post 73, Almost50 wrote:Colour me both utterly glad and genuinely shocked then. "A50 is Town" I thought may or may not come from Cerb this early, but "better than me" totally threw me off. Cerb knows I don't see myself worthy of a comparison with him, let alone being called "better" than him.
OK, so first impression is your slot is Town (Cerb wouldn't be trying to "pocket" me, would he?). I also havge some Town vibes from Dunn, BNL, C&Y, FL (though I'll never trust my read in him this early, and off one post), Torque & AfaF (with the reservation that I don't like tw taking the backseat so early). I dunno what to do with Clem's Miller claim, but I'll give him a pass (he's -at least- honest about not having played the role before).
This leaves me with S&J, SSB, Gamma, Joan, Toog (I suspect he may have a 1-shot global protective ability?? ), Drixx, Maria (my nemesis), mastina, Robert & NxM to sortpreliminarily.
Asking for a Friend and whoever the fuck it was who agreed with them about outing PT's(Torque, I believe): You should absolutely elaborate on why outing hood membership is a net positive to town in your opinion.

Way shorter than I was expecting also.In post 76, Gamma Emerald wrote:This game is remarkably shorter thanI would’ve expected lol
VOTE: Clemency just in case.
Vote is pretty serious for reasons I believe are obvious since Cerb went and pointed them out and snatched away an opportunity to see who would react to me being seriousandvoting so early on day 1.
I'm not completely sure how I feel about that. Cerb's posts are otherwise in line with expectations. Taking away a very good opportunity to get some early ideas on people who have played with me before iscertainlysomething he knew he was doing, after the amount of reaction our early voting prompted in Overkill 2.
So ... do I think town!Cerb is here and was trying to head off that kind of useless crap again ... or is this !town!Cerb killing a sort opportunity?
The problem with playing with Cerb so often in hydra is that I legitimately can't decide which to prefer here. There's no rationale that makes one choice preferable to the other.

My baseline expectation with the knowledge that multiple hoods exist is something like so:In post 88, Asking for a friend wrote:Because when it comes to games with multiple neighbourhoods and possibly people being in multiple hoods (I’m in 3) I want to create a network of private communication.
Ofc I probably won’t care in about 24 hours depending on certain things the duck tells me
1.) Every hood has scum; share nothing in hoods but try to get people talking and generate some reads if possible. They are otherwise safe only for crap that's not important.
2.) Our mod may have played one level higher and decided to make one hood a pseudo-masonry if the players involved are able to come to trust one another enough. This would reward good town play so it'smaybeworth investing effort into firming reads on everyone in your hood(s).
The problem that I see is there is no list of who is in each hood, which makes 2 significantly less likely. No group of players could ever know there wasn't some silent watcher (barring some role which can produce a list of people in each hood, which would be useful in this scenario so maybe exists).
So umm ... I think the proper thing to do here is not to use the hoods for anything all that important. I don't see a tremendous upside to just vomiting out who is with whom either. As far as I can tell, the only way the hoods will be useful (without a role intervening) for any kind of sorting is if each hood has some very strong common thread which can be reasonably deduced as the game progresses.
And even that only has value if the scums don't also deduce what that common thread is and include it in any fake claims.
So ... marginal at best.Get to know a Drixx - Recently Updated!- Torque

Eh my view on hoods has been different from ali’s since the beginning. I dont have the faith that my channel is pure town so in the world where wolves are in it any information shared within hood is probably shared with other wolves too, whereas obviously not all villagers get that info. I want to discourage the usage of well, at least my channel for serious convos. Never was a fan of super big hoods tbh.- Torque
