Completed game reviews hidden

The "Completed Game Reviews" subforum is now hidden. Some time ago the subforum no longer appeared within the PT subforum, and with the moving of the Marathon forum the completed reviews subforum link on the PT tab is also hidden.

It's back, but the order of subforums seems really wonky.
And the newly released reviews aren't even being moved into completed game reviews
