Damn near everyone here has a townblock of ~5/6 people, and scum read around 3~5.

Why can't we have them restated in a nice/obvious format and go after the lowest hanging fruit?
I doubt scum would have ALL 3 PLAYERS in their "town block" so there's that to go on as well.
