quick peek @ MJL's history she hasn't played in any games with factional daytalk yet that I can see. after my 514 I was waiting for her to ask about it similar to how she asked about insomnia being unlynchable.

since the ruleset here is pretty curt about it and doesn't explain the meaning it makes me feel that she could be scum that's already aware of it in the first place and glanced over it. Ya'll know her better lmk if you think it's indicative.

In all of the newbie games, scum have factional daychat. I did play scum once, so I had factional daychat one time.

He also put forward a day 1 mass claim.
