We're past RVS at this point so it's time I make some introductory comments. I'm looking forward to meeting each of you newer players! Contrary to what Duck said, I'm playing as I would be even if I didn't know these two. I tend to be an alienating player at times so please call me out if you feel this way during the game. I want to be as welcoming as possible.

I'm also going to be explaining my reasoning a bit more than usual for everyone's sake. I'm serious when I said U2's scum. His suggestion that I'm scum while voting someone else was awful, & I'm skeptical that he'd completely ignore my self-vote as town. I'd appreciate if all of you responded to this read with your thoughts.

I think the purpose of RVS isn't any different than the rest of the game -- finding scum -- so if you're scumreading someone you vote them, regardless however goofy you feel. The broader point is that it's anti-town to prolong RVS.

Your first post just seemed odd to me from that perspective tho

like you're excited to get into play, you get in and you play - you make an rvs vote

but if you're goal is to show yourself as excited to play - excited to not be scum - then you enter the way you entered
