The game state is this. We have 5 days left for a lynch. We also have a player, who when asked to vote for someone else, didn't respond with "I think this player is town" or some variation of, that player responded with "this lynch isn't useful to me". One of those mindsets is town, and one is scum. That's the state of the game thank you very much.
