214 feels like an afterthought like "I should be scumread Percy right now" instead of "I am scumreading Percy right now" because the sudden shift in tone from 213 to 214. 214 and after are much more aggressive. not just becuase 214 is a different post from 213.

Seems to start off strong and then kind of falls off, as though to make sure she's being heard and seen but not making any push of her own.

I think when skitter confronted her, she kind of saw there was no interest in lynching me and just abandoned her read.

Also, I forgot that this is a god damn hydra because I've never played with one and then I figured why people want them vetoed from their games. It's so hard to keep track of everyone's read and it's weird to see one account having different scum reads and town reads, so that's totally on me

seems like I'll have to talk with Miss March over here.

I mean, I know it said that, but there’s been plenty of mods who say that, and then it accidentally is.

I can prove it later in the game, and I will literally allow everyone to lynch me because of it later in the game. I don’t think it’s like way out there bastard. Or potentially even bastard, but definitely closer to bastard than to normal, if that makes sense.

No moderator lies no ridiculous alignment changing roles, but it’ll definitely annoy some people post game. If that makes sense.

462 and the following posts felt honost to me. I don't like how she hasn't been doing much since then though.

If CJ is town (not sure he is but I at least kinda feel like the way the PL is treating him is semi-spewing him town),

The PL?

-> in the scenario where one jailkeeper is scum, scum gains nothing, and kinda outs themselves, by starting a discussion on the alignment of the jailkeepers.
-> In the scenario where neither jailkeeper is scum, scum gains nothing, and kinda softconfirms two roles that will probably later claim, by pointing out the way the mod post implies they're both town

Don't these two lines of logic contradict each other? If, in the second scenario, it softconfirms the jailkeepers as town, then wouldn't scum benefit from having their jailkeeper be assumed to be town in the first scenario?

i'll admit there's a part of me that's worried i'm simply townreading active posters, but then that just makes me worry about skitter and i think that's really foolish on day 1. if you're town it's on you to show it, is my thinking.

Percy's push on tris is objectively a good push to make, but my experience with tris makes me not want to agree with it. i wish i knew how tris approached scum in a general sense. if anyone has input please let me know.

Well, me, Skitter and tris were in a game where the both of them were scum and I was town, so Skitter should have some insight on tris

As an aside: ngl I'm extremely nervous that Flavor repped in an a very mysterious slot

Generally I don't like voting people by the way they post and I have no idea how to sort real newbtown from faked one so I'm not gonna try.

What I can note is that she comes across to me as sort of awkward. There are more posts from her about setup spec, her awkward entrance, and posts that doesn't advance the game than posts that actually help.

She's below the null line to me.

I'm just not feeling this game. I'm out of my league. I'm reactive rather than proactive here because I don't know where to begin and the best thing I can do is nod along. I think my flaky play here ought to be town-indicative due to how evident it is that I'm acting completely on my own

I think their play so far is kinda like coalition, kinda like forkbomb which I was following along with
I think their reads on you, me, and fuscosco make sense for town!them
The only reason I can think of to scumread them is their high number of townreads in a game where I don’t know that someone uninformed should have that many townreads, but I somewhat believe Chara is playing in the “kill paranoia, hold to townreads where they’re deserved” way they profess to be using.

Oh I also liked their recent moment re:CJ read

tris - her play reminds me * a lot* of the scumgame we finished last week. also i don't really get the point of a lot of her posts and they feel kinda like busywork to me. i actually don't like how she brought up the fact that nobody mentioned her - when other people brought up reads for the most part it didn't really seem to go anywhere on her end; that's kinda why i feel like her posts are there to look like she's engaged and posting

smile - having a harder time articulating why but their early game was bothering me - it felt kinda disjointed and going-through-the-motions-y. i liked beatuty's contributions a bit more than march's but i don't have a super strong read here either way; somewhere ~nullscum.
