I've had a town read but it was mostly meta (based on how she approached me with a dash of what seems to be a genuine misunderstanding in a few things) + some similar reads (I also disagree with her singleton townread). Although I think we are currently disagreeing on our Chito read.

He then posted it in a spoiler tag to appeal all parties. Anyone who didn't want to see it, could have moved along. I don't think that is scummy at all.

You are twisting the story to make it like he purposely posted something despite people telling him not to, but that omitted information completely changes what happened. Especially when explaining this to someone who just switched in, that's super scummy.

I'm actually down for playing this game properly, and not using some breaking strategy that makes the game unfun.

But I still want to publish my breaking strategy to prove that I wasn't bullshitting about having a breaking strategy.

The top two relate to the point I was making before. It feels like PP is projecting his own opinion about the mechanical approach to you as a general group concensus. Especially because he decided to take a part of your post where you gave stk town points.

I got a different feel for the stk early discussion and felt that it was more dropped because we agreed that it was bad form to break the game. But unless we all agree to the entire plan, there isn't harm in posting something that stk worked so hard on.

why are you so evasive on whether you think me or chara is scum if the mission fails? And if 3 posts of asking stk why he's shading you was enough for you to change your read of me, why didn't you talk to me before putting me in the team?

This is also kind of loaded. But a good question. I'm mainly bothered by the way PP has been acting around the stk strat that was long dropped. And the way he framed it toward you, a rep, it felt intentional.

I felt like he was trying to manipulate the way you might see what happened in the thread before you repped in. That seemed scummy to me.

I mean, I have faith in your ability to read. But it didn't feel like he was disagreeing with you. It was more that he was trying to change your perception. It pinged me.

Interesting. I thought his read was a level or two deeper and more nuanced than mine was -- actually I appreciate him speaking up to parse my strong townreads in order to sort me. I might need some thoughts from some other TRs but I felt more challenged than manipulated by PP.
