I don't see the point in discussing much until the next day, it'd mainly give the mafia an idea of which mislynches are viable and inform the NK.

It might be optimal for the doctor to claim now, before LyLo to "lock it", or maybe it isn't, I don't really know the EV.

After the tree-stump scum in starcraft mafia it doesn't seem that bad really.

That was a terrible mechanic for other reasons.

I think it's mechanically correct to quietly lynch the outed scum and force the mafia to NK with minimal information about where to NK.

But then again maybe not in the sense that you can "double the deadline" by spending more time on finding the other lynch.
