I'm slightly butthurt because I wanted the actual hammer and I like playing it close to the deadline but *shrugs*- what's done is done.

keep in mind this doesn't map to a 1.4% chance of dp being town - you'd have to come up with an estimate for how often he would claim it as scum (say, 2%) and conclude that the probability it comes from scum is (2%) / (2% + 1.4%) = 60% ish. like 2-shot fruit vendor has never occurred in a normal game but you wouldn't just lynch the slot automatically if somebody claimed it

I understood that even if I didn't enunciate it that way. I understand that a game designer selects roles deliberately to craft a specific experience; they do not draw randomly from a bank. I took it to mean that this is not a likely role at all.

Look, I evaluated the conditions, I felt like this was a good shot, all the hammering conditions were met, so I pulled the trigger. That's it. If I fucked up, I'll eat it next day phase if I live that long
