I already kinda regret joining this game actually, I like this specific character because of the homage to hard boiled detectives. I actually haven't really been particularly connected to the pokemon franchise in the last decade though. I played Red on Game Boy (I guess that was Gen1??) when I was a kid, and I played the mobile AR game for like an hour one day, and I watched the first season of the anime in middle school. Since then I basically haven't touched it until the Detective Pikachu movie came out which I really liked.
