Do you really think that on night 2 the Universal Backup's Motion Detector (can't be deployed that night) Inventor (one shot already consumed) or... neighbor...?.. is going to be the most powerful PR available for the mafia to shoot at after D2 roles are distributed?

I couldn't come up with a 12 item list of approved normal roles that are valid that all duck that.
There is no actual capability for the scum to combination town-hunt_PR-hunt
