I'm really really not liking alchemist so far in this game. Pushing us for silly reasons and then backing off, and then semi-defending skellen and then saying "no i was interested in the reasoning" or whatever. I feel like alchemist is being really soft in the directions he's moving.

+1 to this, buzzwords are shorthand for common patterns. As long as you know what the buzzword means and how it applies to the situation, you're fine.

In my experience, Mastina pulls a lot of stunts. She also is generally a good scumhunter. If she lives beyond a certain day she should be looked at very suspiciously.

I fully admit to not knowing how to read Mastina. Her reads come out of nowhere and half the time I think her reads are bs anyway.
