So the bitmap-scum angle to this is that Oka specifically picked out not liking a partner doing something, and only in the privacy of his PT?

oka was pretty clearly going down, so all he could do was try to set things up for his partners to have a better shot

what's more likely, that he was trying to set up bitmap for a fall or to try to get him out of harm's way more easily?
