Earlier this game you suggested I was an Aussie, and I didn't comment bc it really didn't matter, but the fact is almost everyone who does know me (which only happens when they play with me) would tell you that

If cfj told me that I'm dead in Role Call I and told me A50 is scum, then told me he'd let me reveal one player's alignment to the town as apology for killing me, I'm not even sure it'd be correct to choose Austin Powers when it'd be better to use the ability on someone who is hard to read. Therefore it wouldn't matter whether Austin Powers is a miller.

Now that everybody has had a chanve to think about what roles could do and how they interact with each other; I think we can rule out other combinations nased on this proposal and people's reactions to it.

For starters, I'm ruling out any combination with Titus-Vecna in it. If scum (which I doubt anyway) then Vecna has the capacity to understand bussing is suboptimal here anyway.

So I went back to delete said combinations, and.. there were none left. I had already reached that comclusion when Vecna put momo's proposal @5-2.

OK, what else? If Vecna is scum it's not with HH+Jingle/Cheeky/pisskop. Also not pops+Gamma/pisskop or Jingle+Cheeky/pisskop or Cheeky/pisskop

As this makes it 3-0 in favor it nullifies a Titus-LUV team in my book. Pops+Gamma+LUV also becomes invalid (was already unlikely) and HH+LUV+pisskop is already dashed out from before.

By the end of page 32 Vecna's proposal has already been rejected. After having gone 3-0 in favor. This suggests

Vecna is probably not scum

because the proposal didn't even last for that long (and considering scum have day chat I would have expected a proposition from one to at least have some back and forth on it before it is rejected).

But OK, I will overlook that indicator and say Vecna can't be scum with Nero, Popsofctown, Momo or CheekyTeeky (the 4 people who actually took it from 3-2 to 3-6, despite Nero, pops & momo all having relatively cool roles on the list)

Gee! I forgot to mention that HH didn't respond to momo the way they responded to me despite him being the one shading them all game. But I guess I did mention it earlier. It just slipped my mind when I was typing 1987.

P-edit: I already did that a while ago. ISO me. You'll find I deduced I can only be scum with you and Nero, but then I wouldn't be that obvious.

The whole of page 33 suggests Nero can't be scum with HH. First, Nero -in particular- doesn't talk that way to a scum p. Second, I'll -again- point out scum have day chat, so it's unfeasible that scum would suggest something in the main thread that they didn't already discuss in private.

Now let's discuss THIS proposal in light of my "theory" of a momo-pops-HH scum team. Let's consider this:

pops gives momo "Hero" on N1. D2 they try to lynch "not-HH" and if successful momo can scum claim on D3 by forcing the lynch on another townie. On D4 we lynch momo only to find he wasn't lynched and someone else got lynched instead. Scum have a perfect win in 4 days and 4 nights.

I didn't care to respond at the time so as not to add more fuel to the fire, but here goes:

MD declares they're targeting a townie with no night action. Scum target that townie with their Rolestop, thus the MD gets no result. We go into the "Now why would scum do that? The target must be scum!" WIFOM circle.

OR the MD declares targeting a SCUM with no "declared" night action. Scum don't even Rolestop their buddy. They let them sit still and use another one of them for the kill. The target returns a soft clear on them because the MD detected no movement on them.

I tried to pocket A50 to help me lynch a townie, but now he's on to my p. I had better switch my read on him already so as to discredit him and possibly lynch him. After all, the tide seems to be changing against him anyway, so no one will suspect me for it.

I feel like we are spending an inordinate amount of time discussing role distribution and kind of

just accepting Titus's death which is making me paranoid

. I think the most important roles to actually distribute is the miller for obvious reasons and potentially Day 3 King, but to a lesser extent. I think we need to refocus because there seems to be some consternation about Titus and Not-Titus.

Having already established they couldn't be scum together I find this to be a bloody townie post from Oversoul. I will only paint Jingle green this time (as opposed to dashing out all teams he could be in).

My role is not vanilla, is powerless right now, but has the potential of synergizing with combinations of roles later in the game. As I said before, I think one of those roles could be motion detector.

I crumbed it earlier but stating it more explicitly means this current proposal might be best right now for strategizing around the nightkill + WIFOM around my claim.

Upon a reread I can't help but call this a townslip. Does anybody object?
