Also, I think that there is a fairly significant chance that Rautherdir's slip is in fact a slip. I still think that's less than Kidamn's independent odds of being scum.
But I also do think that Kidamn/Rautherdir is more likely to be 2 scum than any other 2 pairing I can think of in the game.

We don't know anything else at the moment. The Rebels are probably town, and they're revealed in the Sample Role PM to use the color green, but it says Sample Role PM and not Sample Town Role PM. While their Win condition is seemingly standard for town it's possible it will change as new information is revealed.

I don't think a town-aligned player says something like "The Rebels are probably town.", or repeatedly references the Sample Role PM as opposed to his own role PM.
In my opinion this makes a shit ton more sense coming from a scum aligned player who was reading the sample role PM and not fully understanding the game.

he's super super unlikely to be town, at any rate. I just think that he'd be entirely unproductive to quicklynch D1 and I'd rather sort things out for D2.
