Each Player picks 9. I pick nine. 3 impartial trolls I'll recruit pick 3 each.

From this, I assemble 3 decks of 33 cards, and those decks are used to play Greatest Idea Mafia using presumably the roles that the people involved are most interested in. One of the 3 resulting setups (whichever is least broken, probably) actually gets played. My involvement and the involvement of the trolls, is to prevent perfect setup information and allow for potential fakeclaims.

When you in or pre in, you must send me 9 roles. (Yes, 9)

These must be formatted as such:

You may not choose the same role for the same slot in two groups. For example, Mafia Compulsive Childkiller may be your non town role in Group 1 and your Any role for Group 2, but not your non town role in two different groups. You may not submit the same role for two different slots in the same group.

If multiple people submit the same role in the same group, any extras (past the number of times that role appears in the Greater Idea list) will be replaced with Vanilla cards of that alignment. If everyone submits Alien Mass Redirector for Group 1, there will be 1 Alien Mass Redirector and a bunch of vanilla Alien Cards. Roles like Judas and Saulus must take the place of an Any. Roles like Cult may be non Town. Replicants may be chosen. Wild Card may not be chosen.

I will also be submitting a set of roles, and I will allow three nonplayers to submit 1 group each. If you are interested in spectating or providing roles, please PM me.

After roles are submitted, Players will receive 3 random cards from each group. They will choose 1 card to be their alignment, 1 card to be their role, and 1 card to be publicly discarded. Impossible role combinations (Mafia Mason, for example) will become vanilla.

I will choose the setup I believe to be the most fun (note, not necessarily the most balanced). If none of the three setups satisfies the criteria of 1-4 scum, and no more than 3 scum of any individual faction, the entire process will restart, with players being unable to submit the same groups. They may however change the order of their groups and resubmit if they want.

This game will be a hot mess. If there is sufficient fun/interest, I may make this a series of games.

A point of clarification for the submissions. You do not need to pick a specific number for the card. For example, Town Cop is both card 16 and 17. You may submit town cop, and if two town cop submissions are received for an individual setup, two town cops will be added to the list of cards. If 3 town cops are received for a given setup, two town cops and 1 vanilla townie card will be added.

You may not submit town cop, mafia goon, and town cop for one setup, as town cop is the same role regardless of whether it came from card 16 or 17. You may also not submit town cop as the town role for two different setups, despite town cop being in the deck twice. So far all of the submissions I've received are valid.
