It’s too late to claim at MyLo because there’s a risk of the wrong person being lynched first.
So.
If there’s a CC, we’ll lynch one and then the other (unless the first is scum, in which case the other will die).
But if there’s a claim in MyLo, we should lynch the claim, I think.

on second thought: let's assume cyrus is scum. you say you can't think who his scumbuddy would be unless they he is being bussed.
