He had no serum until proven otherwise, i double checked the mechanic post and its not stated that all roles uses serum, but i assume so.
Also after outing that post, i thought about the balancing of giving serum to scum regardless of the lynch and i am meh about it

If anything, scum with a corporations dependant ability would be very subtle about the issue if you could notice from being targeted.
