I somehow feel the mod wouldn't make it that easy, but it's good to keep track of how much serum people have.
Now, if OS's serum didnt even reach Dunn it means 2 things:
1) OS is lying about the whole thing, ergo, he's scum.
2) OS millerization also roleblocked him, which means, it wasn't a reflexive action (If he's roleblocked then he cant trigger a reflexive action).

TBH if it's two seperate abilities I don't get the logic for blocking vifam/oversoul. If it was like a vanilliser due to NAR I would expect the Oversouls target to get the serum though so if it's rbing as well the ability is getting a bit too convoluted to be reasonable imho. I'm leaning that he was millerised and the lack of serum delivery is because of something we don't know about yet (or dunn is lying).

Why not via a day lynch?

Because that users databank is very lack luster. It's better to terminate a slot with a more valuable databank. It would be a waste to use what you call a 'day lynch'
