The reaction test was semi-spicy but I don't know how I feel about it yet.

@ NMSA: What's your actual read on Farkran at this point?

Skitter has a bit of a reputation. She rolls VT more than it is humanly possible. I'll assume she's town until I have an excellent reason not to.
that's a weird reason to TR skitt before she's posted

I said that skitt would end up convincing me she's town regardless of whether she is or not

NMSA is saying she rolls VT >% than average which is prob not true long run and a weird reason to pre-emptively TR someone

Nullread onfark

Newbie greeting tell has a good enough sample size, as well as a reasonable explanation. There's a reason most of the site accepts it as valid.

Menalque'a reaction is pretty scummy.

Ask anyone about skitter, they'll back me up. Or just read her gtkas, I think she talks about it in there.

Maybe the greeting tell was valid at one point, before someone made a thread in Mafia Discussion about it and people actually started using it in games. Now, if anything, I think it might be a very slight town tell. Of course, if it starts getting used in
that
way in games, soon scum will probably start doing it again and it'll flip back. So I'm just going to ignore it for now.

pedit: Since both of those are pretty bad reasons to TR Skitter, who only posted once to say she'd be posting later, I pretty much assumed neither was serious at this point.

Are you saying anyone hammering town in d1 is going to be lynched d2? How optimistic of you. I like your style though, you really look like town when questioning like that. It's your actions that i am doubting.

Get an answer from them that would help deciding town or mafia. Didn't go so well.

NMSA's reaction test was interesting (because I didn't know it was a reaction test till they mentioned it) and given that they weren't under any pressure for the read- most probably real.

Interesting take. How do you think scum would have gone about faking a reaction test differently?

I guess more obvious and a more well, dramatic result given that they could talk with their partner.

Hammer testing tends town or partner. Why does it make you scumread them?

And emps, I always reread rvs. Some of the more useful associations are there, before scum get the feel of the room and can play into/against it as needed.
That didn't look hammer testing to me. Claiming (or speaking at all) after being lynched is against the rules if i am not mistaken. That looked more like genuine rushy bandwagon.
How do you define hammertesting?

It can’t be a bandwagon because they were already there. So answer the question: why does a second, and purportedly hammer (but not) - vote strike you as scummy?

Also, why is bandwaggoning scummy?

He's bringing it up in support of something he's saying, but multiple people here won't have access I'm p sure, and I thought the rule was that we're not meant to talk about anything in speakeasy outside of it? So it's a way to say "hey, there's evidence for my claim" without it being verifiable/without it being something we should really be discussing, if my understanding of rules about everything in speakeasy is correct
