So I'm still reading through Mastin's Guide for Scumhunting, and Rick's behaviour this game fits perfectly into "riding the wave" scum archetype she describes.

Mastina’s one of the people who’ve misread me in the majority of games I’ve played against her.

She scum read me in most of my town games, and then town read me as VI town when I was scum bussing a buddy whom she also thought of as town.

That game was amazing.
The game was called Meme Mafia and was role madness, we thought the Meme part was just a flavour thing.
I got off to a strong start posting many memes as you'd expect, and then out of nowhere Hopkirk (the mod) posts this goddamn Meme Counter.
Now suddenly everyone's suspicious of me for being like 5 ahead of the next person on this newly discovered Meme Counter.
"Why does Hectic want to be so high on the meme counter?" - Jimbo
"I think Hectic is scum, he probably activates some hidden ability by being first in memes." - Bobby
"Yeah, and he didn't realise the Meme Counter would show up." - Clarise

The worst thing was that I had to stop posting memes

And then at the end of course, it's revealed that the whole Meme Counter was a meme itself and meant absolutely NOTHING.

And as for my comments that I can't read Hectic and Hopkirk, I mean that. The jokey posts come across as though they're not game solving, but they're legit nai, so sorting them is tough. Yet for some reason I decided to torture myself by replacing into this game.

This doesn't sound like a super natural complaint on day one (and I'd voted people/expressed some reads at this point).

Ito be quite honest, I've got very limited experience with both of you. And I'm not entirely sure where the jokes stop and the serious reads begin. I kinda felt like some of the reads may be sarcastic.

Ok makes sense. It's early, so this was basically my way of directing a question to Carcalilly while we are still in LIVS. LAMIST means look at me I'm so town. Her comment about worrying about Hectic pointing out breadcrumbs in response to what I thought was a pretty obvious joke came across to me as her trying to score easy townpoints. That's why I asked if it was a joke. And I didn't read it as a joke initially, which is why I directed the vote there.

Could I ask what LIV means please? I don't see it anywhere in the wiki.

I do disregard them except as a source of great humor. I could tell that it was frustrating Carcalilly though which is why I offered that.

Pretty sure Soulreading is something FL just made up. Either that or it's that thing Cowbells has where you sell your soul for enhanced mafia abilities.

Soul reading is a cheap term used to say you are good at reading X person

That being said Town shouldn't really want a neutral survivor in the game but I'm a bit of hypocrite but a hypocrite with reasons . I guess we just treat mylo as a day earlier.
