It's just an RC thing. RC even admits that I'll probably rarely see him as town town.

I apologize for that statement as I know RC asked for us not to do that because it causes him to react in a bad way that makes the game unfun.

Yes, one time i pushed her lurking as something scummy (when i was scum) and it hurt her pride pretty badly. I used the same indication (her not being very invested) to TR her in Project Arch despite everyone else thinking she was scum and I was correct, so for now I'll continue to believe this.
